With over 30 years in the industry, Michael has established himself as a highly accomplished professional in the fields of financial management and business administration. His background in the United States Air Force, where he served with distinction and held a Top-Secret Clearance, has equipped him with the skills necessary to lead and manage projects with precision and efficiency.

Throughout his career, Michael has demonstrated a talent for managing portfolios and conducting due diligence on investments, specializing in estate planning and wealth transfer. He has also shown exceptional leadership skills, managing and training brokers across multiple states, and successfully handling customer relationships for a large region.

Michael's vast experience, combined with his commitment to excellence, makes him a valuable asset to Nebula Advisers, LLC and its clients. He is a Service-Disabled Veteran and a true testament to the positive impact that individuals can have when they bring their unique experiences and skills to the table.

Letitia Montoya, a high-performing professional with a passion for delivering exceptional results. With 25 years of management consulting experience, she has a remarkable record of improving company operations, updating employee handbooks, and implementing cybersecurity systems.

Letitia brings a diverse skill set including management, marketing, business, and technology to the table. She has held prominent leadership positions, including Chief Operations Officer and Assistant Project Manager, where she developed marketing strategies, organized seminars, and established business connections. In addition to her professional successes, Letitia is also a dedicated community leader, having served as a trustee for the VFW Auxiliary, board member for the American Cancer Society, and delegate for the DNC.

With a strong educational background, including a B.S. in Mathematics, Associate in Computer Science, and B.S. in Biology from the College of Santa Fe, and a Master of Art in Education with a focus on Youth at Risk Leadership, Letitia is well-equipped to bring a positive impact to any role she takes on. Her combination of skills, experience, and commitment to success make her a valuable addition to any team.
